Sobriety Pledge

As a student of P.E.A.S.E. Academy, I will:

• Hold myself and others accountable
• Participate in support groups in school and out of school
• Maintain 95% attendance rate
• Earn at least enough credit to be making adequate progress towards graduation
• Make healthy choices that support my recovery and the recovery of those around me
• Respect myself and others in body, mind, and spirit
• Immediately inform my school, sponsor, parents and probation officer if I relapse
• Immediately inform school if another student relapses
• Voluntarily withdraw from P.E.A.S.E. Academy if I do not adhere to the principles in this agreement
